Treasurer's Letter

Dear WRA Member,

I am looking forward to being your Treasurer this year and hope that I will have the opportunity to meet each of you personally. Our hope is to have a fun-filled, safe pool season! We have lots of exciting activities planned for you and your family, so please make plans to join us! Please make every effort to pay your dues and work fee on time, as funds are needed to prepare for the grand opening! The dues for this summer are $390.00 and are due between now and May 1, 2010, and delinquent after May 1. There will be a $50.00 late fee after May 1 and a $150.00 late fee after June 1. Please write a separate $75.00 check payable to WRA for the work fee. We will return your check if you work a minimum of two hours during one of our two work weekends. We need a lot of hands to get our pool ready, so please come and help us!

All dues and fees must be paid before swimming at the pool. Please complete and enclose the following page with your payment. Please include your membership number if you know it. Please note any changes to your address, phone number or e-mail. If the name on your check is different than the name on your membership information, please make a note of this as well. I want to make sure each family gets proper credit! If you need to make arrangements concerning payment of your dues, please call me at 883-6215 BEFORE the due date; we will make every effort to come to a mutually agreed upon arrangement.

The price for a private, after hours pool party is $75.00 (for parties of 15 or less; prorated for parties greater than 15). After hours parties are those scheduled after the pool closes and are generally from 8:00-10:00 p.m. When making a party reservation, please include your phone number and the number of guests you are expecting. To schedule a party, please see the pool manager or the assistant manager. Parties during normal operating hours also need to be scheduled if you are having more than 15 guests. A guest fee of $3.00 per in-town guest applies.

The fee schedule for the 2010 pool season is:

Single Membership Dues: $234.00

Trial Membership: $195.00 (must not have been a trial member before)

Dive Team or Swim Team Membership: $97.50

Dive Team: $56.00/$87.00/$107.00 for one/two/3 or more in family

Dues: $390.00

Guest Fee: $3.00

Late Fee: $50.00 after May 1; $150.00 after June 1

Party Fee: $75.00 for a party of 15 or less; prorated for parties greater than 15

Swim Team: $66.00/$107.00/$127.00 for one/two/3 or more in family

Work Fee: $75.00

If you did not pay your dues last year, your membership is not valid until the 2009 dues are paid in full, including late fees. You may not sell or transfer a membership that is not in good standing.
