 will be here before you know it , so please help recruit swimmers to our program.

 an invitation to all WRA youth to join the swim team!

HSA Early Bird Clinic-2010

Early Bird will start in April of 2010. If you would like additional information about year around swimming, check out HSA web site.

8 & Under
A. Mon, Wed, Fri - 3:45-4:30pm or
B. Tues, Thurs - 3:45-4:30pm, Sat 9-10am

9 & Up
C. Mon, Wed, Fri - 5-6pm or
D. Tues, Thurs - 5-6pm, Sat 9-10am

Space is limited - first come basis. Cost is $60 - Make checks payable to HSA.

STROKE CLINIC

Whitesburg has stroke practice every Saturday from 10-11 am until July.  July 2nd and 9th will be on Thursdays from 6-7 pm with all the coaches.  We will work on all stroke techniques, starts and turns.

City Meet Week 2010:

Monday 7th Regular Practice

Wednesday 9th Regular practice

Thursday 10th No am practice. Meet at Nat for Block Practice from 11-112.

1:30-3:30 Pizza Party at Daniels for he Boys

1:30-3:30 Braiding and Pizza Party at the Capes for the Girls

Stroke practice tonight @ regular time. 6-7.

Friday 9th       Regular Practice

Friday 9th 6:00-7:30 "Team Meal" at Nothing But Noodles Meal Provided to swimmers by team.

Saturday 10th Meet

Sunday 11th Meet

Starts at 8:30 both days (30 minutes earlier than in past) and Mixed relay is being moved to Sunday for 8 & unders and 9-10 age groups

Monday (12th) Team Banquet @ Pool 6:30-8.

Wednesday (14th) Pt. Mallard Trip Meet @ Pool. Open from 10-8 on Tuesday.
